The National Basketball Association has announced that the NBA China Games 2026 will return to Macao this October, featuring preseason matches between the Dallas Mavericks and the Houston Rockets. The fixtures are scheduled to take place at the Venetian Arena on Friday, 9 October, and Sunday, 11 October, with tickets on sale from Wednesday.

The Mavericks’ roster set to compete in Macao at the NBA China Games includes Kyrie Irving, Cooper Flagg, and Morez Johnson Jr. The Rockets are bringing a lineup that features Kevin Durant, Alperen Sengun, and Amen Thompson.
Alongside the competitive action, the NBA China Games weekend will include an NBA Fan Day on Saturday, 10 October. Hosted by rapper-actor MC Jin, the fan-focused event will feature basketball-themed challenges, including skills, three-point, and shooting stars contests, as well as a slam dunk show.
Entertainment will be provided throughout the weekend by a range of artists from across Asia, including performances by Gen Z group KiiiKiii during halftime, and fan-day live sets from Hong Kong singer-actor Keung To of boy band Mirror and K-Pop star Evan.
Public ticket sales for the NBA China Games and the fan day will commence on Wednesday, 12 August, at 12 p.m. China Standard Time. Prices for the games start at 588 patacas (US$73), with fan day tickets starting at 488 patacas (US$61). Tickets can be purchased through Cotai Ticketing, Taobao 88VIP, Trip.com, and MPay.
