Wynn Macau will grant company shares to nearly 95 percent of its 11,660 full-time staff across Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, under a one-time “Wynn Macau 20th Anniversary Share Award” announced on 3 September to mark two decades of operations in the city.
More than 1,400 day-one employees – staff who have remained with the company since Wynn Macau first opened in 2006 – were invited to a special anniversary event where each received a 20-year service certificate alongside a Wynn 20th Anniversary Share Award valued at 50,000 patacas (US$6,227).

The award follows a separate one-month cash bonus Wynn paid to 98 percent of its then 11,552-strong workforce back in January, also tied to the anniversary year.
Both come as Wynn’s Macau operations post strong results through 2026: combined adjusted property EBITDAR across Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace rose 17.1 percent year on year in the second quarter, driven largely by Wynn Palace, where mass market table games revenue climbed sharply.
President, vice chairman and executive director Linda Chen tied the award to the company’s 20-year history in the city, crediting government support and staff loyalty for the milestone.
