Chinese motorcycle manufacturer ZXMOTO has capped a dominant weekend at the Czech Round of the 2026 FIM Superbike World Championship, with French rider Valentin Debise claiming victory in both races at Autodrom Most to take his fifth win of the season.
Saturday’s Race 1 saw Debise start from sixth after a three-place grid penalty for slow riding in free practice. He struggled in the opening laps before asserting himself on lap seven, eventually crossing the line first and setting a new track record with a fastest lap of 1’34.336.
Sunday’s Race 2 was even more dramatic, a tense last-lap duel with Turkish Yamaha rider Can Oncu saw the pair exchange the lead repeatedly before Debise launched a decisive move in the final lap to win by just 0.056 seconds.

The double result has significantly boosted ZXMOTO’s championship ambitions. Debise moved up to second in the riders’ standings with 147 points, closing to within 19 points of championship leader Albert Arenas, while ZXMOTO sits third in the manufacturers’ standings with 149 points.
ZXMOTO founder Zhang Xue was characteristically bullish after the win, saying the result would greatly boost their overall points before adding that the team can now aim for the yearly title. He later joked that they were getting used to winning.
Debise also acknowledged the growing Chinese fanbase following the team’s rise. He recently launched a Chinese social media account which has already accumulated over one million followers, and noted that a growing number of Chinese spectators have been travelling to races this season.
The WorldSSP championship continues at Aragon, Spain, with racing scheduled from 29 May.
