Restaurant, Bar & Café Hong Kong, one of the city’s largest food and beverage trade events, returns to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 1 to 3 September, running for the first time alongside the Retail Asia Conference & Expo.

Organisers expect more than 400 exhibitors and international brands across sectors including food and drinks, wine, spirits and beer, coffee and tea, bakery and confectionery, meat and seafood, and kitchen equipment and design. The event is free to attend for trade visitors aged 18 and above

Alongside the trade floor, the show runs its usual mix of live tasting masterclasses, competitions and awards, including the Hong Kong Best Spirits Awards, a barista competition and the Wine Luxe International Awards.

The new pairing with the Retail Asia Conference & Expo brings F&B and retail exhibitors under one roof for the first time, with organisers framing it as a way to connect food and beverage trends with wider retail and e-commerce audiences.

First launched in 2003, Restaurant, Bar & Café has grown into one of the region’s established hospitality trade fairs, organised by Informa Markets with backing from bodies including the Hong Kong Tourism Board and Meetings and Exhibitions Hong Kong.
