Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport’s new Terminal 3 welcomed two new hotels on China Tourism Day, with the Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and the Hilton Garden Inn Guangzhou Baiyun Airport both officially opening on Tuesday.

The Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun Airport is a 238-room property featuring a cloud-inspired design, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, outdoor pool, fitness centre and versatile event spaces. Connected directly to Terminal 3 via a corridor link, guests can reach downtown Guangzhou in around 25 minutes. The hotel is accepting reservations.

The Hilton Garden Inn Guangzhou Baiyun Airport sits a short bridge walk away from Terminal 3 and offers similar connectivity, with Metro Line 3 access and downtown Guangzhou reachable within 40 minutes. The property features an all-day dining restaurant, lobby bar, ballroom and event rooms, fitness centre and an outdoor pool. Reservations are open from 1 June.

Both hotels sit within the world’s largest single-building terminal complex, positioning them as natural choices for transit passengers, business travellers and leisure visitors passing through one of China’s top aviation hubs. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport handled 76.369 million passengers in 2024 and surpassed 83 million in 2025, ranking among the top 10 busiest airports in the world.

The dual opening marks a significant step in Hilton’s Asia Pacific expansion for 2026, as the brand deepens its footprint in transport-linked accommodation across the region.
