Macao footballer Leong Ka Hang took on a rapid-fire round of The Bay’s ‘I Ask You Answer’. Like many local fans, he stayed up late ‘pretty much every night’ for the World Cup. His instincts were sharp, too. He backed Spain to win — and Spain duly beat Argentina 1-0 in the final.
His favourite player is Fernando Torres. Meanwhile, the one man he’d love to face one-on-one is Virgil van Dijk, whose ‘skills and defence are pure art’. His advice for young players is simple: ‘bravely chase your dreams.’
